I just received an email indicating that the Office 365 trial was ending in X days with a link to ‘Buy Now’.  How do I proceed as a partner in order to qualify for the ongoing internal rights use for Office 365?  Did I miss a step with the Cloud Essentials, or do I need to move through the Cloud Accelerate process?

The best thing to do is to go to www.microsoftcloudpartner.com and make sure you are signed up for the Cloud Essentials there. If you have a problem, you can contact the US Regional Service Center (https://partner.microsoft.com/global/40032423) at 1-800-MPN-SOLVE (1-800-676-7658).
