  • Why is there so much training and selling opportunities for partners with Office 365 when Microsoft's promotes Office 365 as "without the IT hassles".   Is Office 365 so simple anyone can use it without any training or IT assistance needed?

  • Hi Mark.  The trainings listed above are not technical trainings.  They are designed to help you and your sales staff position Office 365 and show the value of the solution to your customers.  As far as ease of use goes, there may be simple/small scenarios where Office 365 may be configurable by a "non-IT" person... but when Active Directory integration, Sharepoint configuration, migrations, etc. are thrown in the mix, it would be in the best interests of that "non-IT" person to look for assistance or guidance from a partner.  Most successful small businesses are looking for advisors/partners/talent to help them with a great overall IT experience and Office 365 is just a piece of that pie.  Thanks!
