Q: (from Chris)

I am very excited about the new Microsoft Server 2011, Office and Windows 7 family. My question is how can I learn more about these products? I am a small business but have a large client base that almost all use your software. I would like to be trained more on all of the features of your products so that I can upgrade my clients to the latest software. Are there online courses or local classes I could attend? I believe with more product knowledge I would be able to sell more of your products in the future. Thanks you for your time.
