As the new Director for the U.S. Partner Enablement and Learning Channel Team, part of Jenni Flinders’ Partner Strategy and Programs organization, I want to introduce myself, my team, and our responsibilities for connecting U.S. partners like you to training opportunities. This year, to better align our efforts to build both partner and customer skills around Microsoft products and technologies, we have brought together three groups who have set their sights on a single goal, and deliver world-class learning and tools that enable Microsoft partner capabilities to maximize the customer opportunity.

Those teams are U.S. Partner Readiness, the Regional Enablement Directors, and the U.S. Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Microsoft U.S. Learning Channel:

  • U.S. Partner Readiness is accountable for putting the right strategies and plans in place to deliver a skilled and capable U.S. partner channel.
  • The Regional Enablement Directors focus on building partner capability and driving programs within our East, Central, and West Regions.
  • The U.S. BDM for the Microsoft U.S. Learning Channel is responsible for building, managing, and maintaining the relationship with Microsoft Learning partners.

Over the coming months, I will be a regular contributor to this blog, sharing more about our efforts to help you build your Microsoft practice and business through technical, sales, and business skills training.

In addition to this blog, here are some great resources you may find useful for furthering your knowledge about Microsoft products and technologies:
