Delivering Successful Proofs of Concept with Office 365 for Enterprises

Learn how to utilize the Proof of Concept Engagement Model to deliver successful POCs of Office 365 to your customers. The POC Engagement Model is not an installation or administration guide for implementing Office 365, it is a strategy and framework to help deliver Office 365 POCs with solution alignment through the “Technical Assessment”, clear “Vision and Scope”, and detailed “Readiness and Planning” across key stakeholders within an organization. The goal of this training session is to discuss the POC Engagement Model strategy from the entry gate checklist to the hand-off for implementation of Office 365.
