Depth guidance on co-existence and migration is at the core of this two day technical class. You’ll learn:

  • How to use the Active Directory Synchronization and the Transporter mail migration tool
  • How co-existence works
  • How to set customer expectations
  • Expert guidance on troubleshooting and implementation
  • Detailed discovery guidance to help identify issues to plan through before you migrate

Topics such as the difference between online and on premise services, bandwidth assessment, DNS settings, system limitations and capacities, and many others are discussed.

This course builds on the foundational trainings from FY09 around Online Services and provides quarterly technical updates for technical-focused resources within Partner organizations. Any Partner that is registered as a MOSPA advisor, building an online services practice and/or participating in the Accelerate Initiative should plan to attend this series. If partners attend the two full days and complete the class, the $50.00 registration fee will be refunded in full.
