In yesterday’s Learning Curve welcome letter, Deb Z encouraged you to read the online letter from Cindy Bates about how to connect to the US team at WPC. Do read her note when you get a moment (it helps to ‘hear’ her voice and learn how to share your WPC feedback with her directly), but in the meantime, here are five US-specific opportunities you won’t want to miss:
· U.S. Partners: Igniting Success Track on Thursday, July 16. 20+ sessions that build on what you will have heard Monday through Wednesday. Robert Youngjohns, President of Microsoft North America Sales and Marketing, kicks off the day with a keynote for all U.S. attendees, then take your pick of over 20 sessions for Distributors, Large Account Resellers, National Systems Integrators, Enterprise partners, Public Sector partners, ISVs, Hosters, OEMs, and more.
· More than 500 members of the Microsoft U.S. Team will be present, (including a few of us from the Partner Learning Team!) all of whom make meetings with partners a top priority, and are eager to help you develop and validate your business plans.
· The onsite U.S. Community Wireless Lounge, open throughout the Conference, features “Expert Alley”, staffed by Microsoft team members from across the U.S. business who can answer your real-world, real-business questions.
· Drop by the “Build Your Business” networking session from 1:30-5:30pm on Thursday. Give us 30 minutes, and work with real people to finalize your business plans, share ideas, and give feedback.
What do you look forward to the most at WPC?
