Hello from Kerry Bentley – and introducing the FY12 SBSC PALs

Hello to everyone in the SBSC community. As many of you are aware, Dell Quinn has now moved roles and I now manage the SBSC community from a Microsoft perspective. As ever with role changes, it takes a bit of time to get up to speed, and being able to access this blog was in itself a challenge which we have now resolved. I hope to use this blog as a way of keeping you updated with key pieces of information from Microsoft that should help you in your business.

I’m very open to feedback and recommendations from you, and so please feel free to email me at any time (email at the end of this post). We may not always be able to take on board  your suggestions but it is a valuable way for me to understand the pulse of the community and what is important to you. To this end, I know that Dell frequently reached out to many of you on a regular basis and I hope to continue this.

In this first post I am also happy to announce the FY12 Partner Area leads. These are:

- Guy Gregory

- Richard Tubb

- Chris Timm

As part of their remit, they will take part in regular calls with corporate contacts and SBSC PALs from around the world and represent the UK SBSC community – and they will communicate key messages from these meetings to the wider community.

More blogs to follow soon
