In this blog post, my teammate Abhay Kamath, gives us a walk through of "Configuring your Exchange 2013 Unified Messaging with a PBX" in a test lab environment.

The 6 steps covered in detail are listed as below :

1. Ensuring host machine connectivity to Virtual Machines.
2. Installing the PBX Server.
3. Configuring PBX settings.
4. Installing Softphone and registering it to the PBX Server.
5. Configuring UM Settings on the Exchange 2013 Server and Enabling users.
6. Enabling User for Unified Messaging & Testing voicemail, Auto attendant and Outlook Voice access.
