Each time I attempt to get the profile sync configured, after I've chosen the container in AD for what I want to sync and click "OK", it brings me back to the "Synchronization Connections" screen and just displays "The query returns nothing".

It doesn't seem to want to save the connection I just created, and always just displays the above message.

What am I missing?

These items are still showing

"Updated: 2009-11-12"

if they have really been "recently upgraded" as you write, this part of the post should be modified to include the new updated date!

Otherwise how are we to know which "Updated: 2009-11-12" post is the latest one (say if we have printed out this article for use when updated 2009-11-12 was the correct date of update).
