Most of the RSAT tools work for Server 2003, so now admins can move to Vista and admin both Server 2003 and 2008 (for most tasks).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There will not be an update of Admin Pack tools for XP users to admin Server 2008. &lt;/p&gt;
