Does that mean no clustering at all, or no multi-site clustering?
I assume that if it means intra-site clustering is allowed then Quick Migration will still work unless there is code in the clustering SW to block it.

Jeremy: There is no clustering code in Microsoft Hyper-V Server, (which is a free download) and therefore quick migration will not work. For clustering, install Windows Server 2008 and enable the Hyper-V role.
