Lync Group Chat video for NASCAR use with Hendrick Motor Sports

There are times in a support engineer’s life when fortune smiles down on you. My colleague Terry Lyons had a support issue come in for Hendrick Motor Sports with Group Chat and realizing they were just up the road in Concord in the event a site visit was required. Now I was fortunate enough to be in the office that week and hearing about a Group Chat customer outside of Financial Services I asked if I could come along to understand their usage.

After our visit we created a trip report to share what we learned and Rainer from Marketing was intrigued and sought out the Showcase opportunity and was gracious enough to let Terry and I come up on the last day for some “B” role footage which to our surprise made it in the final cut.
