You no longer need to run the CheckSUR utility (KB947821) for servicing related issues in Windows 8/8.1 or Windows Server 2012/2012 R2 as it is now inbox. You can find the same functionality by using the command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restore-Health at an elevated command prompt.
