Andreas Wolter is a Database Architect for SQL Server with more than 12 years of experience and an active member of the German PASS Deutschland e.V and the international PASS Community for several years now.

He can be met in person at international conferences, where he is a regular speaker on topics from Performance up to his special topic: SQL Server & Security. Andreas is the founder of Sarpedon Quality Lab (www.SarpedonQualityLab.com), a German-based company specialized on purely SQL Server in-depth Support, Development and Architecture of OLAP/OLTP systems, including Business Intelligence with Reporting, Integration and Analysis Services. He holds numerous certifications for SQL Server from version 2000 onwards and already achieved the SQL Server 2008 Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) in June 2012.

Besides his affection for SQL Server technologies, he loves travelling for work and leisure, photography, and all kinds of physical fitness styles like cross-core & functional training.
