The time between rotations is a busy one on the program management side of things - we update the course based on the rich feedback we get from candidates, we screen a whole new group of applicants for the next rotation, we deal with the nuts & bolts of rotation logistics, and proctor a lot of retakes. We launched the retakes for SharePoint 2010 exams and qual labs late this summer after R5, and still have a month or so to go on SharePoint 20007 MCM retakes, so I'm very happy to introduce several new MCMs from both programs who completed their exams this summer:

SharePoint 2007 MCM:

• Glen Smith has his own training and consulting company that advises and coaches enterprises on SharePoint and Commerce Server across Europe and North America.

SharePoint 2010 MCM:

• Bert Johnson is a SharePoint Architect with West Monroe Partners in Chicago.
• Wayne Ewington is a Principal Consultant for Microsoft Consulting Services based out of Auckland, New Zealand. He works with clients and partners assisting them with the successful deployment and use of Microsoft technologies and in particular SharePoint.
