·        Norm Eberly, Microsoft Premier Field Engineer in Premier Field Engineering.  Norm started working with database management systems in 1984 covering both the administration and development areas.  He joined Microsoft in 1994 as a SQL Server Support Engineer and has worked with SQL Server ever since.  He currently works as a Dedicated Support Engineer for Customers in the United Kingdom focusing on SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.
