I know it currently isn't - though encouragingly, it's available as a locale at least, so better performance than iPhone and Android on that, kudos! - but any idea if the plan is to include it?

We don't have the Scottish Gaelic Office 2013 UI strings ready yet so at the moment the terminology and user interface translations on the Language Portal are from Windows 8. I'll post a notice once we have them uploaded.

Windows Phone 8 isn't currently available in Scottish Gaelic.

What is the ordering logic of that list? It does not seem to be by number of votes, otherwise the suggestion for allowing third party entry methods for example windowsphone.uservoice.com/.../3135233-3rd-party-input-method-it-is-a-big-deal- should be on page 2 or 3 but it goes up and down in terms of votes, I don't understand the system

Uyghur only became available in Windows 8. So IE10 is only available in Uyghur for Windows 8

English is an international language and I think the language of Bangla is sweet. So thanks a lot sir for add it with Windows 7.
