Office 2010 just became available in Filipino and can be installed here.

This release is a free Language Interface Pack (LIP) that installs on top of a copy of Microsoft Office 2010.

Filipino is already available for Windows 7 and can be downloaded from the Windows 7 Language page.

A little background info on the Filipino language:

Filipino (together with English) is the national language of the Philippines, as stated in Article XIV, Section 6 of the 1987 constitution. The constitution declares it an evolving language that shall be "developed and enriched on the basis of existing Philippine and other languages.” It is regulated by the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (Commission on the Filipino Language). Number of speakers: ~90 million
