New Podcast page on Microsoft.com for TechNet podcasts

We needed a place to host our TechNet podcasts (which are currently audio versions of our TechNet webcasts), so you could actually find them on Microsoft.com.   Check out the new podcast page at: http://www.microsoft.com/events/podcasts/default.mspx.

We've got .wma and .mp3 files (and RSS feeds) of some of our best webcast series, including Active Directory content, Vista, SQL Server 2005 with Kimberly Tripp, Exchange 2003 and 2007, and as they say, much much more.    And if you like the content and want visuals of the webcast or the PowerPoint deck, you can register and get that.

No, this isn't a repository of all podcasts at Microsoft  (wouldn't that be nice), it's just our stuff currently.  We're looking at including more TechNet podcast content created elsewhere.  But part of our webcast strategy for this year is to also include audio podcasts of our big webcast series.   Lots of folks wanting to take the audio on the go.   Even one ITPro who asked for Exchange 2007 content claimed he listens to the podcasts while working out.   Now THAT'S a dedicated IT Professional geek!

You can also find this content on iTunes, and we're working to get it on other podcast sites outside of Microsoft.com as well.   You'll soon also find links to the podcasts from the relevant webcast pages on MS.com.

Enjoy- and if you have any comments, let me know.
