Echoing William's question, my sub expires in February. When I renew, will I automatically receive a DVD welcome kit?

Without a fresh kit, I forsee a nightmare trying to manage a mixed CD/DVD kit... How will we know which CD's are superceded by which DVD's? Will the index reference both media?

I called the US subscriptions number, and the agent asked his supervisor and was told that existing CD subscriptions will continue to receive CD's until they expire, and will automatically receive a DVD welcome kit when renewed. This seems at odds with what I'm reading here. Do the Subs people have bad information, or has the policy been changed since this was originally posted?

My subscription comes up for renewal at the end of December. If I renew, will I receive a new Welcome kit with DVD's? My subscription is currently in CD format.
