MP3 quality is super low on this. Doesn't have to be CD quality, but the quality is so bad that it doesn't make it very easy listening.

The link above works for me. Are you looking at this in an RSS feed? Is the Episode.mp3 filename using an upper or lower case E ??? Needs to be upper.

Just a quick & dirty 'hack' to block IE Internet access via GPO:

Deploy IE proxy settings and set the proxy server address to something like '0.0.0.0'

Of course you'll also have to hide/block access to the 'Connections' tab in Internet Options.
