Service Manager Cumulative Update 1 (KB983572) This is a rollup of fixes for System Center Service Manager 2010 and a pre-requisite for Service Manager Authoring Tool v1.0 Release Candidate. You can download the update from Microsoft Downloads at : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1f864b54-fd95-4bb7-98c5-e66183875714&displaylang=en.
