Talking with Brad about Opalis

Hi everyone, we recently managed to sit down with Brad and talk about a recent (and very exciting) acquisition.  Opalis is a new System Center product, designed to provide "run book automation," which entails automating the various processes (or workflows) and tasks in the datacenter that have often been managed and recorded by hand and maintained as a part of tribal knowledge. Opalis,  offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for managing events and processes of all sorts in a repeatable, predictable fashion.
