As mentioned in our announcement of the RTM of Service Manager 2010, Course 50217A: Planning, Deploying and Managing Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010 became generally available on May 17th 2010 and is now posted to the catalog on the Microsoft learning portal. We delivered a pre-run of the course at MMS 2010 in Las Vegas this year and received great feedback, and since then the course has been delivered by a number of our partners with increasing frequency.
Designed for IT Professionals, Course 50217A is a 4 day instructor-led course that provides you all you need to know in order to install, configure and use System Center Service Manager 2010 with the other System Center products. There are 12 modules to the course as follows:
