Announcing the Infrastructure Assessment Framework:

Frustrated that we couldn't find the right Microsoft tools to give to partners with sales opportunities, my team developed the "Infrastructure Assessment Framework" and launched it at the Worldwide Partner Conference in July. IAF is designed for partners that sell Infrastructure solutions to small & midsize customers. It provides a consolidated & holistic view of all existing Microsoft tools along with guidance on what to use when with small & midsize prospects. It's really cool and I encourage you to give it a try and send us feedback on how we can make it better.

  • This is a response to VladislavA's question. The entire site contains the framework (i.e. the guidance and best practices to help partners through a typical customer engagement process + easy access to the various assessment tools). Click on Learn the Process on the landing page to start.

  • With disabled ShockWave Object I saw the message "In order to view this movie, you will need to upgrade your Flash Player
Please do so by going here: Flash Player " on the site. I was confused by that message. The framework inside the movie? Movie??? Then I found the source of my confusion - web designers are flash-overdosed. Here is direct link without flash - http://www.assessmentframework.com/Tools/Default.aspx
