You can now download Sharepoint Foundation with SP1 integrated from Download Center:
A couple of people already tried to create their own slipstream version using RTM and SP1. Please avoid doing this as this is unsupported due to a change in the package layout which was introduced with March 2013 PU. Due to this change in the package layout it is not guaranteed that the manually created slipstream version will update all modules correctly. Ensure to download the official SharePoint Foundation 2013 with SP1 from download center.
Hi, Stefan. What about "slipstream" Sharepoint Foundation 2013 with SP1 for other languages?
Hi Roman,if you read the details section there is currently a known issue which is being worked on. My assumption is that the other languages will be available as soon as the issue is resolved.Cheers,Stefan
Noobie question.. Can I install Foundation 2013 with sp1 and add a language pack without sp1. And then install sp1 for the language pack. Or do I have to wait for a sp1 "slipstreamed" language pack?
Hi Hobbe, that works and is supported.
Hi. Can you advise when will the fix for the Search Webpart be released. This bug only occurs in SP1, and we need to run on SP1 so that it is supported on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Hi Stefan, the fix is in the works and should be available soon - but I cannot give you an exact date.
Hi Stefan, there will be a "SharePoint Foundation 2013 with SP1 ("slipstream")" in german as installed language, too?
Yes there will be - as soon as the problem in Foundation SP1 is fixed.
Hello Stefan, question: SharePoint ServicePack 1 is currently offline for download! Can you state, if the Problem is only for SP1-Upgrade Package or is it for "2013 with SP1" the same potential issue?(SharePoint 2013 with SP1 Foundation and SharePoint 2013 with SP1 Enterprise are still downloadable)Thanks for Info, Peter.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2817429/en-usNoticeWe have recently uncovered an issue with this Service Pack 1 package that may prevent customers who have Service Pack 1 from deploying future public or cumulative updates. As a precautionary measure, we have deactivated the download page until a new package is published.
