You can now download SharePoint 2013 with SP1 from MSDN and VLSC and MPN.

A couple of people already tried to create their own slipstream version using RTM and SP1. Please avoid doing this as this is unsupported due to a change in the package layout which was introduced with March 2013 PU. Due to this change in the package layout it is not guaranteed that the manually created slipstream version will update all modules correctly. Ensure to download the official SharePoint 2013 with SP1 from one of the above listed sites.

  • Hi Matt,

just log in to the one of the sites I mentioned above (whichever you are eligible to use) and you should find the bits pretty easily.

  • Hello Stefan,
We are transitioning this week from TFS2010 to TFS2013 on W2012R2, this makes the SharePoint2010 transition far friendlier. I just want to confirm before starting my testing, I can now use the SharePoint2013w/SP1 slipstream ISO available on MSDN to install directly onto a fresh W2012R2 install?
    Thanks Stefan

  • Hello again Stefan!
That SP1 Slipstream link directly above my post answered my question above, glad to hear it's a one step install, thanks for the blog post here, you had one of the 1st posts to this new release.
    Thanks again,
    Ken

  • Are we getting Office Web Apps server 2013 with SP1 slip stream as well?

  • Hi Peruri, afaik no. You can install RTM on 2012 R2 and upgrade to SP1 afterwards.

  • Hi Stefan,
is there the same kind of limitation / risk for slipstreaming SP1 in SharePoint 2013 LPs ? I wasn't able to find slipstreamed sources on MSDN ...
    Many thanks,
    Ludovic

  • Hi Ludovic,
you can slipstream the language packs if you like.
    Cheers,
    Stefan

  • Hi Ludovic,

I received feedback that it is planned to have LP with SP1 available from download center in a couple of days.
So - no need to slipstream if you can wait till then.

    Cheers,
    Stefan

  • Hi Stefan,
Can you please tell me the direct link for slipstream download on SP2013 SP1.

The one mentioned above http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42039 is SharePoint Foundation 2013 with SP1 and I am looking SP Server 2013 with SP1.

Just to clarify... Can I install it directly on Windows Server 2012 R2? No need to install SP2013 RTM first.

I saw in above comments that you have mentioned to click one of the above links. I can't seem to find any links.

    Please help ASAP.

  • Hi Harry,

Please login to one of these portals (depending on your license) and you will quickly find the bits.

    Cheers,

  • Hi Stefan,

Thanks a lot for the information. I downloaded one from MSDN site. It is a 2.7 GB file.

Please answer that Can I install it directly on Windows Server 2012 R2? No need to install SP2013 RTM first?
