As discussed by the Office Sustained Engineering group cumulative updates for all Office Products including WSS 3.0 and SharePoint 2007 will be released every second month.

Yesterday we released the so called December Cumulative Update. It is highly recommended to install Service Pack 2 before installing the December CU.

Details and download locations can be found in the blog my colleague Joerg Sinemus published:

  • Please can you confirm whether or not the WSS cumulative update needs to be applied to MOSS systems, or whether the MOSS cumulative update can be done on it's own.  Thanks, Rich.

  • Hi Rich,

MOSS CU does NOT include the WSS CU.

    Both have to be applied.

    Cheers,

    Stefan

  • Then were can i get it the WSS link syas it's not available?

  • Hi Anon,

this fix is more than 1 year old. Please use the latest CU.

    Cheers,

    Stefan
