Following this year’s Nobel Prize announcement, Nobel Media’s Nobelprize.org website was inundated with visitors and the organization put their trust in Windows Azure to ensure that everyone could quickly and easily read about and view the event. In addition to Windows Azure’s ability to scale to handle peaks in website traffic, Windows Azure provides the openness, stability and simplicity that Nobel required.
