Looking back at 2010, the Server and Tools Business yielded numerous product announcements throughout the year. As a result, several publications have identified Server and Tools products as industry winners in annual product awards. Check out the great accomplishments STB products earned in a handful of industry awards this year:

 

 

  • Visual Studio 2010 is the winner of this year's Dr. Dobb's Jolt Product Excellence Award in the Development Environment category.

 

 

 

  • SC Magazine named the finalists of the annual SC Awards, with Microsoft named in two categories. Forefront Client Security is a finalist in the "Best Anti-Malware Management (client-based, typically software only)" category, and Forefront Identity Manager 2010 is a finalist in the "Best Identity Management Application" category. Winners will be announced at an awards gala in February 2011.
