About Spencer Velastegui

Premier Field Engineering is a global Microsoft team that delivers world class support earning customer confidence, trust and loyalty by improving customer health through the optimization and successful implementation of Microsoft technologies. In my role as a Premier Field Engineer, I support Microsoft's enterprise customers in Latin America. My main technical specialty are currently: Messaging (Exchange Server) and Security (ISA and TMG Server) and I use to deliver proactive services (Chalk Talks, Workshops, Health Checks, Proactive Reviews, Risk and Health Assessment Program) and reactive support services on-site. I mainly offer technical support in countries of South America, however, I had the chance to provide support to many customers in Caribbean and Central America.
