Hi Suraj, I have a similar problem with this setup:

Currently I have a single NIC TMG and uses it to publish Exchange services(OWA,Active Sync,Outlook Anywhere).

When I create a new web listener for Lync, there is an error "A web server specifying the same port and similar IP address is alreay used by "My_exchange_rule".The port and IP addresses specified in a web listener cannot overlap with IP address and port in another web listener.

Do you have any idea on this?

High BoBo,

you need another listener with another IP address and if its SSL access then another certificate as well.

Reason: you cannot use same IP and port on two different listeners. and for SSL access you need to have certificate bound to the IP address you will be using.
