I work at Microsoft UK since September 2006 as a Premier Field Engineer (former Rapid Response Engineer) on Exchange Server and Data Protection Manager.
As a Premier Field Engineer I am Transactional, which means that I don't have a dedicated customer, instead I cover any EMEA based customer, with special attention to United Kingdom, either delivering proactive services, where I try to make sure that customers are following the Microsoft Best Practices on their own Exchange Organizations, or helping customers on reactive situations, such as long runners incidents or critical situations.
I've relocated from Microsoft Portugal, where I am originally from, and where I started as an Exchange Server Support Engineer at Global Technical Support Center on June 2004.
On 2007 had the opportunity to work one year from Microsoft Ireland, which help me to meet deeply another culture in terms of the way our customers deal with their environments there.
