Problem: User had a 4 server (2 WFE/2 APP) SharePoint 2010 farm and IIS 7.0. User was able to install and bind the VeriSign certificate on one WFE but could not see it available for binding in IIS Mgr on the other remaining servers.

Resolution: User followed these steps according to this article: https://knowledge.verisign.com/support/ssl-certificates-support/index?page=content&id=SO9071

  1. In Windows Press the Start and type MMC
  2. In MMC Choose File->Add/Remove Snap-ins
  3. Select Certificates on the Available Snap-ins and click the 'Add >' button, and select Computer Account->Local Computer Click OK
  4. Expand Certificates/Personal/Certificates and right click it and choose All Tasks->Import.
