I can confirm that issue 1. from my earlier post indeed is fixed in the new Exchange Connector, and some early testing looks positive as well for issues 2.-4.

We are still on track. Keep in mind though that there isn't a huge difference between 3.0 RC and the RTM version though so you might want to just start troubleshooting now.

Is this still on track for EOM? I'm having a "Not Run" issue which we've determine is tied to Server 2012 GP. I don't want my network technicians to send a lot of time debugging if this will release next week.

2 - 4: Possibly. I asked the developers to fix it if they had time, but I am not sure it was done.

That is good news @Travis. I tried to ask around at MMS with the Service Engineers from Microsoft, if the coming release of EC resolves the following issues:

1. Affected User is "unknown" when mail from external e-mail address (first time) for Incidents

2. Service Requests get stuck "in progress" when created from Exchange Connector

3. Any activities in Service Requests from 2. remain pending

4. Service Request activities missing ID prefix when created from Exchange Connector

Is it possible to say anything whether these issues will be fixed in the coming update?

We are targeting the official release for the end of this month. It will require 2012 SP1 UR2 so get that in place first if you haven't already.

The update rollup 2 for System Center 2012 SP1 was released on April 12th. Just wondering when the supported exchange connector was going to be released? I would like to proceed with Update Rollup 2 but before I do I would like to know the status of the exchange connector. Thanks.
