&lt;p&gt;We are still on track. Keep in mind though that there isn&amp;#39;t a huge difference between 3.0 RC and the RTM version though so you might want to just start troubleshooting now.&lt;/p&gt;

I tried to ask around at MMS with the Service Engineers from Microsoft, if the coming release of EC resolves the following issues:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Affected User is &amp;quot;unknown&amp;quot; when mail from external e-mail address (first time) for Incidents&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Service Requests get stuck &amp;quot;in progress&amp;quot; when created from Exchange Connector&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Any activities in Service Requests from 2. remain pending&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Service Request activities missing ID prefix when created from Exchange Connector&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is it possible to say anything whether these issues will be fixed in the coming update?&lt;/p&gt;
