Hi,

I had the same issue "custom action:_Inst_APM_PerfCounters.A591E3B4_D228_431D_BF89_99D52C8FFB76" on a Windows 7 x64, and solved it (my last step) by uninstalling the "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1" in the windows features, rebooting, and re-adding it.

Hi Travis,

We are getting this error when we install the SCSM 2012 sp1 console ,

An error occourd while executing a custom action:_Inst_APM_PerfCounters.A591E3B4_D228_431D_BF89_99D52C8FFB76 This upgrade attempt failed before permanent modifications were made. Upgrade has succesfully rolled back to the original state of system. Once the correction are made, you can retry upgrade for this role.

How do I fix this error?

Yeah, bit surprised and disappointed about the lack of SharePoint 2013 support. But I guess theres good reason for this missing.
