Thanks for releasing AAW!! It’s a great way to quickly get started showing off the integration with Service Manager, Configuration, and Orchestrator 2012. :-)

One quick comment on the documentation…

The ‘How to Create an Application Approval Workflow Request Template’ section seems to be missing a few steps, specifically around creating the ‘Review Activity’ required by the ‘Create Selection Criteria Wizard’.

Also would like to see an example e-mail notification template and subscription. Easy enough to create, but would be nice to have for those new to Service Manager.
