That had never occured to me since it was seemingly obscure field, but once I set the value back to none, it worked like a charm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My hunch is that there was a list value set for the incident that you are trying to copy which no longer exists. Like maybe it was set to classification = Printing Issues and then later Printing Issues was deleted. &amp;nbsp;Could that be the case?&lt;/p&gt;
