I refer to it when I customize the incident form. But I'm having a hard time customizing the User Form. There's no StackPanel where I could snap it on. Could you give some tips on how to customized the User Form?

It is asking you for a .snk file (not .sdk). These are Strong Name Key (SNK) files which are generated by the command line utility sn.exe. You can get sn.exe as part of the Windows SDK.

More info here:

msdn.microsoft.com/.../k5b5tt23(v=VS.90).aspx

You can download the Windows SDK from here:

If you add new properties to some of the more common classes like incident then they will automatically become available in the data warehouse for reporting purposes. Just make sure that you seal your management pack that contains the property extensions before importing it into SCSM.

But after hours of working (and customizing) with SCSM and authoring tool (and OpsMgr) and creating a bunch of workflows, custom forms and ...

(I'm very very sorry) I really should say, the authoring tool sometimes really is a pain in the a** specially when working with the designer, very very buggy, raw and heavy! tool.

after 2-3 months I'm now creating every forms and workflows in Visual Studio (Designer) and changing management pack manually, my life is a little bit easier now.
