@Travis- Just curious if you have heard any more about when the Release Management guys plan to post the solution for download. I am anxiously awaiting this before the weekend at least.

Hi there - Travis tould us that the SCSM - Exchange connector was handed of to release on friday the 8. january 2011 - every day we try and bing or google for it - where are you hiding the stuff ?

@Travis... :) I will try not to i will keep myself busy rebuilding my test system to SP1 + the 3 other installs of Service Manager I look after.

The exchange connector is one thing we are really waiting for, the others i have seen but don't want to introduce them to production until i can test them some more. I am not really a script/developer (believe it or not manager with some techy tendancies) so i have been a little reluctant/daunted to do some of the other things you have listed above....

but its all good, We are currently running 3 seperate service manager installs for various departments (and with various functions (Incidents mainly) and so far all love it. We also teach various aspects of IT and the IT School is using one of these Service Manager installs to teach people how ontheir 'helpdesk' course, they have used this for a year now and are very happy with it compared to Service Desk Express.

The stuff in the first list above is already available. You can go to those linked blog posts and get all the goods right now!

The Exchange connector and Send Email solution is going through the release management process. They finished running the last automated test against it tonight so hopefully it will be up on the web soon. :)
