The purpose of this task is to consolidate and summarize the assessment results into a value proposition. It should be clearly recognized and understood that the hard work you have done up until this point is wasted unless the opportunities are acted upon. This means that you must be able to communicate the results of the work to the decision maker(s) in such a way that they are compelled to act. This also implies that the message is communicated to the right people (e.g. those who can make the decision and act upon it). In this task we are concerned with defining an appropriate value proposition. In the next task we will deal with the communication of the value proposition.&lt;/p&gt;
