I don't know where to post this question so I thought it good to try here.

When clicking on an Incedent, in the right pane you get Tasks that include RDP etc.

Now I would like to add "Remote Assistance" to that pane.

Does anyone know how to do this in SCSM 2010?

Looking forward to your reply.

There are actually a few different ways to get things set up for this scenario which will be described in the deployment guide that comes with the MP. For now though, I'll just say that the connection is made using WS-Man. Each vPro enabled computer has an IP address for the hardware layer itself. That's what the connection is made to. It can use Kerberos/integrated authentication, digest authentication, etc.

can't wait to install that MP. Will it be available for free?

Do you have more informations about how the connection process works? For example, how does Service Manager know the IP-Adress of the device? Or is this thing all related to Intel vPro and AMT?
