  • I'm not going to lie, I'm actually shocked to see this. We tried to engage with Cased Dimensions in March 2014 for asset management over the course of a month and never got any responses to multiple email requests, phone calls went to disconnected numbers, I even tried to call the European numbers and never got an answer, and at times the website looked like it was in the process of being updated.

    I'm glad this business had a good experience, I wish we had the same opportunity to find out.

  • service manager is a load of rubbish that crashes and affects patient care 20 reboots a day isnt a stable work safe program, i have to endure it everyday. you know its bad that you have to work on note pad so when it crashes you can copy and paste your work back.


    avoid Sp2 its so buggy they refuse to deploy it, for us they ahve another company that is being test pig and they havent stopped complaining over it.
