To help you get started with using the Application Approval Workflow solution accelerator, Robbie McAlpine, one of the PMs on our team has put together a management pack that contains some sample service request templates:
· Template one is for Line Manager approval
· Template two is for a Department Manager approval (This example is for Finance Manager)
· Template three is an example of a multi-step approval process.
You can import these templates, don’t forget you still need to create the selection criteria for a given application and add approvers to your review activities in the templates.
