Wow! Microsoft surely let blanks out for potential partner solutions in the Service manager offering. This is replica of the Console very interesting. Many companies require webconsole in the request for tenders.
This solution does not work with custom forms?

For now the solution has hard coded forms. Please check with GridPro to see what options there are if you need to have a customized version of the form.
