hi every body,
i need one suggestion from you, I have one .csv file which has entry of my all hardware assets like printer, computer, AC, laptop, phone etc.
i need to add all the item from the .csv file into scsm Hardware Asset using SDK how can i do this. if any one has suggestion please do me inform at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanking you in advance
You'll need to break up each different type of configuration item/asset (printer, computer, etc) into separate csv files and create mapping files for them.
Please see these blog posts and examples to get started:
Not sure if it is me but I cant get the Appendix A. Perhaps the link is gone now. Any change I can get a copy, the doc is great.
Yeah, AppendixA.html is just an error screen
Clicking on the AppendexA.html link produces a Web page showing just an error message.
Download AppendixA.html is broken... Any chance someome will fix it?
OK, it's now August and Appendix A is still not available. Did someone find another source for this?
This links looks broken. Gives a server error. Is there an update to the link at all?
I am guessing that they don't want us to use Service Manager - can't get to the class list. Attachment is broken! Ahhhh!
