is it possible to use it for all platform for example mvs?
There is a list of partner-developed connectors to synchronize data to/from Forefront Identity Manager and third party systems here: social.technet.microsoft.com/.../fim-2010-management-agents-from-partners.aspx. This includes partners who have developed connectors (management agents) for several IBM mainframe operating systems.
