I installed a clean copy of Vista recently, after replacing my Motherboard, Video Card, and Processor

I should have taken notice when the onboard NIC died about 1 day after I installed the ECS motherboard from Frys. As a good geek, however, I have 4 or 5 extra NICs sitting around, and just threw one in. ;) I guess you get what you pay for.

The model of motherboard that came with the E6300 from Fry's is an ECS PT-890-A
