Thanks for the info, but I got two questions:

1. Does SCVMM 2012 support Mirror(Copy Services Subprofiles)?

2. If supports Mirror, how to operate it? I can not find any thing related to Mirror on the GUI of SCVMM 2012(evaluation edition)

Thanks for the info ,, and they sound promising to me.. Any chance of adding features in SCVMM 2012 .. such as

adding memory to me on the fly and CPU.. vmware has this from long time..

With concern to user roles the service service user, which was in SCVMM 2008 only a portal user, is now capable of using the VMM console. You can create self service user roles with very granular permissions for the explicit management of virtual machines. And how about for us vSphere only shops? What is the extent of your 'management' for other hypervisors and why should I use VMM 2012 if I only have vSphere hosts?

Will different sets of rules be able to be set to different groups of 'owners'?

In VMM 2008R2 the owner can only get one set of rules.

So if you have a NOC, Engineers and admins, they can all only get the same rules! Very Non-Enterprise.

I don't want the Tier 1 NOC to have the ability to remove or create VM's, maybe just power them off/on or add a CD.

I would want Tier 2/3 to have additional powers also. Has this been addressed?
